I almost missed getting this post out for Independence Day. I love my country and what a great nation it is.

It is very important before the sun sets on this day of celebration for me to thank God Almighty for all of the blessings He continues to shower upon our people. Frankly, sometimes I question why God continues to show mercy to us considering our rebellion towards Him, but nonetheless, He is faithful and merciful to us whether in war, peace, plague, or spiritual decline .

PRAISE GOD JEHOVAH! He has given us righteous leadership for over 240 years. He has kept us free, educated, and given access to His Holy Word.

God has blessed us with the best of medical care which is far above most countries on earth; and at this time of global pandemic I feel that we are more able to combat the virus than most. We also have protections in place that other nations and cultures do not. We have supplies, PPE’s, state-of-the-art hospitals, internet, phones, and medical teams who are dedicated to saving lives.

Do we take all this for granted? If we don’t support God’s plan of law and order, then yes.

PRAISE GOD JEHOVAH! Thank You, LORD for caring for our people so much. Thank You for the heroes that You put in place throughout our history that fought hard and some gave all in order that we can be free today. We have a Constitution that contains God-breathed wisdom on principles of liberty, law and order; and how to govern our republic; that guarantees each person to be equal in Your sight.

PRAISE GOD JEHOVAH! Even in the midst of social distancing, job losses, economic downturn, and all that Covid-19 has caused, You have not left us completely undone. We have seen many stimulus packages bailout banks and big corporations in the past. Politicians have burdened our people with raising their own wages while stealing our retirements …

THANK GOD JEHOVAH! This time You saw to it that the people received the stimulus. HALLELUJAH!! I have never seen this happen in my lifetime. PRAISE BE TO GOD IN HEAVEN!

Will you join me in praise to our Heavenly Father today as celebration on this Independence Day? Freedom still rings true in my heart. I will always be thankful to live here in the USA. I love my country and its people. Regardless of how bad things look on the surface of things, God will turn all the bad stuff to good.
