It may seem odd to re-post this, but a lot happens in eight years, so I decided to compare what I wrote about aging in 2017 with my thoughts about aging now.
WELL! First of all, I am thankful for God’s blessing of longevity, but despite statistical forecasts about aging, I trust that my Father in Heaven has scheduled my expiration date according to His perfect plan. In the meantime, I have done my best to embrace living rather than aging. I still choose faith in Jesus over earthly woes, and hope in Him sustains me very well.
I invite you to read the original post “Oldest-Old” and share your thoughts about aging with us.
Before you go: Blessings to all my dear readers, no matter your age. If you are a believer in Jesus, Hallelujah! Praise God! If not, there’s no better time than the present to take care of spiritual business than right now. Confess your sins and humbly ask Jesus to forgive. Follow Him, and He will direct your path! Don’t dance with Him in a loose embrace but cling tightly to Jesus. He will hold onto you tightly and never let go – no matter what life throws at you.
